Zuern Building Products is actively seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Cabinetry Department. Zuern Building Products is a family-owned and operated building material supplier and design company.  We have four expansive facilities with complete showrooms in Allenton, Cedarburg, Franklin and Watertown.   We take pride in our tradition of providing high quality building materials and valuable services to our customers.  We are “Building on Service”.

Essential Responsibilities: creating estimates for the customer, setting up job files, creating purchase orders and ordering products, assuming delegated administrative tasks (scheduling deliveries, entering orders) in an effective and efficient manner, communicating with designer and/or customer on status of orders, scheduling deliveries, and payment method, problem solving and handling a number of tasks with flexibility and adaptability to change based on current needs, and keeping literature, samples and showroom clean and up-to-date.

Desired Job Requirements: experience in administrative duties, high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, cabinetry or construction experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite -Outlook, Word, Excel, great customer service skills are must, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, and willingness to work with a team.
